At Nibi, every piece is carefully handmade in Barcelona and shipped with the same attention to detail with which it was created. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 5-10 business days before being shipped.
All Nibi pieces are produced in intentionally limited quantities to reduce excess and avoid overproduction—supporting a thoughtful, sustainable approach to fashion. Pre-ordering allows us to better align demand with production, resulting in less waste and a lighter environmental impact.
Pre-order items are reserved for you before they arrive in our warehouse. You will be charged at the time of purchase, just like a standard order, and your garment will be prioritized for dispatch as soon as stock becomes available.
While we do our best to share accurate shipping estimates, they may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to follow its journey to you.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available, reducing our environmental impact.
Preorder items
lnclusive Pricing: All prices shown on our website already include VAT (Value Added Tax).
No Extra Fees: Orders delivered within the EU will not incur additional customs duties or import taxes. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
Shipping Within the European Union (EU
Exclusions Apply: Prices for orders shipped outside the EU do not include customs duties, import taxes, or local fees.
Customer Responsibility: Any additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies vary widely; please check with your local office before ordering.
Legal Declarations: We are required by law to declare the full value of items and cannot mark them as gifts or undervalue them.
Delays: Customs inspections may occasionally cause delivery delays. These are beyond our control.
Shipping Outside the European Union - worldwide shipping
General Shipping Terms
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and written in English or Spanish characters only. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Once an order has been shipped, the package becomes your responsibility, and any risks are transferred to you and the carrier.
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, parcel lockers, private mailboxes, or military bases.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched so you can follow its journey.
Order Changes & Cancellations
At Nibi, we encourage mindful purchasing as part of our commitment to sustainability, and we kindly ask you to shop with care to help us reduce unnecessary returns. Each piece is handmade with love and resources that matter. Still, if your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll be here to support you with the return process.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items, provided they are unworn, unused, no signs of makeup, scent-free, and with undamaged original tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs, customs duties, and any related fees.
Sale items, custom pieces, and intimate garments are final sale and not eligible for return.
Refunds (when applicable) will exclude original shipping costs and the payment processing fee (3%). The payment processing fee will be refunded if the return is due to a defect on the garment.
We’ll process your refund as soon as possible—please allow up to 30 days.
Changes and cancellations are possible only before your order has been processed.
Once an order has been prepared for shipping, we can no longer modify or cancel it.
